Our rental experience was very good and we enjoy the car that we rent.
I received a dirty vehicle which I understood at the time and because of the limited availability I decided to keep it. I later noticed after rental that there was a substance in the rear that appeared to be human feces. I contacted the rental location as well as the main office and all occasions I was either promised a call back or told no one was aware of any problem. I ended up renting another vehicle from another provider. I will not rent from this company again

Consistently the Fordham Rental office is not efficient. Upon arriving for my reservation that was set at 12 noon and my arrival at 11:15 I was immediately told that I was too early. I’m addition I was told that they have the vehicle I reserved but the windshield was cracked. I frowned and said that wasn’t cool. I was then told I can wait for another vehicle but they don’t know when it will be available because they didn’t have a driver to transport the vehicle. No discount issued. Poo
The car I requested was not available and I had to utilize a pricier model, but I was still satisfied.
The vehicle I received had badly stained seats!! The floor was filthy!! The whole interior of the vehicle was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
