This was the worst car rental I’ve ever gotten. Car was super out dated and used. Tires were horrible and the there was no windshield liquid provided for the car so our car kept in digging up in the fromt window. This was on a weekend that storms were predicted in nyc and we were going to PA where the weather was much worse. Also the brakes were very bad, did not feel safe at all in this car, thought it would’ve broke down on my trip
It was fast and quick the 2 staff were very knowledgeable they even called a cab for me when I dropped off the car..thank you guys

Overall it was a great experience. The only drawback was that I had an 8am pickup when they opened and no one was there. They didn't show up till almost 8:15am and I was on a tight schedule for the weekend. Other than that, everything was amazing. I will definitely use Empire again!

It was easy and fast
Overall, my experience went well. The vehicle was slightly different than described. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend using this agency and will likely use it again for myself.
