Cars should not be rented with empty gas tanks...mine was on E

Great rental experience - pickup and drop off were quite easy and it was no problem to make some adjustments to our reservation when we were picking up the vehicle. Am a repeat customer and would rent from Empire Rent A Car again.

This was the worst car rental I’ve ever gotten. Car was super out dated and used. Tires were horrible and the there was no windshield liquid provided for the car so our car kept in digging up in the fromt window. This was on a weekend that storms were predicted in nyc and we were going to PA where the weather was much worse. Also the brakes were very bad, did not feel safe at all in this car, thought it would’ve broke down on my trip
