Speaking to the representatives on the phone and online was ridiculous. But lady at the rental office on Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn named Beverly was very courteous and knowledgeable

I canceled this reservation - my only comment would be that there should be a written confirmation of a canceled request, since my credit card would not be refunded until after the 48 hour mark. Otherwise everyone I spoke to was lovely!
Vehicle was not available at the reserved location, however the employee was very courteous and drove me to their other location where my vehicle was dropped.
This was my second time renting from empire car rentals and the service was consistent. Friendly, courteous, and great customer service. Thank you again.
