I submitted a quote request online, I called in to reserve a specific vehicle. Gave my Credit card details. Never received a confirmation email. Called everyday. Was told there Credit processing was not working and ensured I would receive a confirmation email once Credit processing was fixed, was told I had nothing to worry about. Called the day before I was to pick up and told the specific vehicle I requested was no longer available. Unprofessional and unreliable at best!!
Reservation was made and no Van was available but yet I have a confirmation number. Will never rent here, and will also express my opinions to ALL of my peers.
Too much aggravation just to find my confirmation number, then quotes started to change (typical bait and switch). Van inspector rushed me through inspection of vehicle exterior, then I was given an older model dirty seat van. Van inspector was unprofessional in attire and appearance and wreaked with smoke that my chest started tightening.
Will be happy to tell my patients, coworkers, family and friends to not use your company.
The wipers were old; the steering wheel shaked at 60mph.
I think I was overcharged and your representative the day I returned vehicle, pretty much talked down to me. I was thinking about talking to my bank and contesting your credit card charges. So I will call your main office today to go over charges.

Reservation staff were exceptional. Vehicle was less than clean and in overall poor cosmetic condition. The brakes were worn down also
