Great vehicle
Very unprofessional and disrespectful
The process of reserve the van you have to call and online it said unlimited mile then when you there your told only 200
The van was extremely comfortable and roomy. Made a 6 hour drive a lot more enjoyable for 10 guys. Service was excellent. The van was not ready immediately at my pick up time however, they were short staffed and were still able to have it ready in a reasonable amount of time. I would overall recommend this agency to friends and family.
Everyone was really kind and patient. Vital in any customer service role.
I was upset because I had to it much for a a car because the economy car wasn’t available.

Vehicle was not available on day and time of pick up had to search for another was given other options but Enterprise provided the vehicle I requested just before closing .Other than that everything was great
