Truck was severely "out of alignment" and difficult to keep on the road. Was pulled over by police for failing to keep right because the truck pulled alot. Lift gate was great though.

I had great experience from this rental. I am truely satisfied with the service. Only thing that bugged me was the vehicle was poorly cleaned and maintained , other than that I loved it .

It was my first time renting with empire and i will rent again with them in the future. Very statisfied.
I reserved a mini cargo van. It wasn't available, I was offered a truck. Had to change drivers, pay more tolls, and gas for a vehicle I didn't want to begin with. Not to mention, I had to drive twenty minutes away to pick up the truck I was offered. I was compensated with an additional 20 miles, but felt as I was being inconvenienced, the least that could've been done was drive me to the other location, or even have someone bring the truck to my location.
