The windshield washer was out of fluid and the left front tire had a leak that required resealing the wheel.
I requested chairs, but they were not available. I feel that I was also over charged, the base rate was a stated, but the taxes were higher than expected.

I rent from Empress every year and they always have the best prices. Now their location is directly across from the airport and is actually within walking distance which makes returning the car a breeze.
Our battery gave out on the French side. Got a jump from a local, drove right to the Empress shop and in less than 5 minutes received a new car and off we went! That is SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been using these guys for 12 years. Won’t go anywhere else.

Friendly staff and easy process
We have rented from Empress about a dozen times and have been happy with its service and cars every time. Now that the Empress office is right across from the airport, they are amazingly convenient.
