We rented from Empress many times over the past 25 years. We always used you when flying in. We had it for 5 weeks this time. Usually we only take a month at a time. The car was great, but coverage was very high. No discount was given for the extended time.

Very happy with this car rental company! Service was great, simple and fast. Car was ready right away and the staff was friendly since this is the second time we rent a car there. By the way we rented the car for one month and they were the less expensive, and this year we had an almost new car with 200km. Really happy with the staff and will be renting from them again for sure! Thank you guys for the great service!

Upon return the agent pointed at some bogus "scratches" and charged me additional $230 for the damage. The scratches were barely visible, and for sure did not exceed what should be considered a normal wear and tear.
