We had a confirmed reservation from another rental agency on the island. When we arrived they did not honor it and simply told us they did not have any cars. Paradise was very good at working with us in getting us a vehicle and negotiating a fair rate. Would definitely return and recommend.
They didn't have a car for us!! No contact warning us. No sorry. No trying to help us. NOTHING!!! This company is a joke! Do not use them!

Our father in law started renting from Empress and we just continued this is our 4th or 5th rental. Always 3 weeks. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Have had some great cars and some not so great but they always got us from point A to point B at a fair price. Thanks Wendy, Alberto, Brenda and Staff! They Always treat us great! Keep rates reasonable so we can continue to rent from you all!!
