Empress has had a great price on 2 occasions, nice cars, quick to pickup and drop off.
There was an extra charge for too much sand in the vehicle when I returned it. They’re really was a lot of sand in it. So, I suggest removing as much sand as possible before returning a car.
All rentals should have back up cameras, but they never do
Good experience. Would use again. Car a little old, but did what we needed.

I could not find your agent/booth at the airport. When asked about “Empress” we were directed to the National/Enterprise shuttle and taken to their facility. Fortunately, they realized the error and drove us directly to your facility
