Even though I reserved online days in advance, we were not picked up at the airport, we had to take a taxi to the office and even before stepping into the office a guy cane out and told us they didn’t have any cars available. The reservation was not honored!
The staff was so unapologetic and didn’t care about us at all.
We ended up using another agency where the treatment was totally different.
I would not attempt to use Empress Rent a Car ever again!
