Wendy is an amazing employee. He treated us so well when our original car wasn't available. He was friendly and happy to deal with. will be back someday and rent again
Great service, everything was handled as expected. Rented a nine-person van and that was sufficient for 6 people and our luggage. It struggled a bit on some of hills, but no problems other than that. This is the third time we've rented from Empress and have not been disappointed.
