After having an initial problem with our car, Empress brought a new car immediately to us. They were very helpful.
Great people and great service
Our car and the rental place was quick and easy. When we landed at the airport to get the rental car was a little chaotic and took a bit to get a shuttle to our rental care.
Rented twice from this company this year also last year. I plan on renting from them again when I return in January!
Great staff to work with.
Wonderful helpful staff. Very friendly. We had an issue with the car and they were very accommodating in taking care of the issue. We will definitely be using them on our next trip to St. Maarten.
