Great company to rent from. Great,polite staff
Rented a car from empress for over one month. Car was in excellent shape, great on gas and best part was we had no issues at all ! Alberto checked us in and out and was extremely polite and friendly!! Top notch service and I would recommend empress to anyone visiting St Maarten. There was another gentleman that took us to the airport and he was very curtious and professional. Thanks for a great experience and we will definitely see you again !!
Car was in pretty bad shape. Broken reversing light, front bumper loose, had many dents and scratches. I had to go back mid-rental to have them fix the bumper as it was about to fall off. The guy fixed it by drilling a couple of new screws into the bumper. Fortunately, it held for the rest of the rental. The left mirror adjustment also didn't work. I realize this was the busiest time of the year and they were renting every vehicle they got. I just hope they fix it properly before re-renting.
Using this car rental was my worst rental experience, I made reservations and it was confirmed but when I showed up the agent told me they were no cars available and left me stranded so I had to hitch a ride from someone I was basically restricted to my hotel and the agent was of no help , he told me that's how the system works.
I will continue renting from Empress in the future I like this team

Great local company we have rented from them multiple times. Always quick to get you to and from the airport. They always have the best rates and great customer service. I highly recommend them
