Staff was excellent.

The car was in poor condition: scratched all around, cracked windshield glass, broken remote for keyless entry.
The wheels were in bad condition, the whole car was wobling when driving it. We had a flat tire probably due to this. I had the tire fixed myself. One night the battery was flat, with help from a parking lot man in Grand Case I got the car started again with a booster. The car had lots of dents but was very clean inside and outside. didn't get a specified bill when I returned the car, it seem I have paid for the free upgrade myself! When mentioning the problems at return, there was no reply.
The rental car was a 10 year old car, not the best looking, but it ran great. I had a great experience. This is my fourth time renting with Empress.

We have used Empress several years in a row in St Maarten. Their rates are competitive if not better than most. Staff are very attentive to requests and concerns with their vehicles. Pick ups and drop offs are comfortable and efficient.
