We added two days to our reservation. When I arrived our estimate for the week rental was not honoured and we had to pay double what we were quoted.

The first car we had started having air conditioning problems, called the agency & they said bring it back. did so & was given a newer, better car, no questions asked. was done in a fast, polite and efficient manner.
