Good experience would rent again from them
Tire pressure and warning lights were on when I rented the vehicle. Very hard to find an air pump at St Martin gas stations.
The vehicle was a relatively old model, full of scratches, worn shock absorbers, right side mirror housing dammaged and worn wipers.
Love this rental car agency. The guys that work here are the best, very friendly and professional. The car was perfect and the whole process was so easy. Will always come back to them when I need a car on the island. Hands down best on the island !

Rented a car from empress for over one month. Car was in excellent shape, great on gas and best part was we had no issues at all ! Alberto checked us in and out and was extremely polite and friendly!! Top notch service and I would recommend empress to anyone visiting St Maarten. There was another gentleman that took us to the airport and he was very curtious and professional. Thanks for a great experience and we will definitely see you again !!
Car was in pretty bad shape. Broken reversing light, front bumper loose, had many dents and scratches. I had to go back mid-rental to have them fix the bumper as it was about to fall off. The guy fixed it by drilling a couple of new screws into the bumper. Fortunately, it held for the rest of the rental. The left mirror adjustment also didn't work. I realize this was the busiest time of the year and they were renting every vehicle they got. I just hope they fix it properly before re-renting.
