STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING
I always use Empress when I come to SXM. They are the best!
I reserved a van months before I got to st Martin and it was available when no one else had a van. There was zero hassle and I was treated great. The deposit on the van went back to my card before I even left the island. The guys were great and I look forward to using them every year I go back.
Empress is always excellent
Rented car was available. Personnel was personable and knowledgeable.
The car was in poor condition—several dents and stained seats. The change oil light came on on the first day of our rental. We reserved the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, but was not available.
Empress SXM always takes care of us and look forward to using them again. I wish there were more beach sets available. Thank you, Empress.
