The rental car was in very good shape. It had some scratches here and there, but was relatively new. I paid $140 for collision damage waiver (CDW) insurance. However, despite the other scratches already on the vehicle, when I returned the vehicle I was told that there was a new scratch and that I would have to pay to have it repainted despite the CDW insurance I had purchased. This seems a scam which I will protest and not likely us this agency again.
Older car but well maintained. Reserved VW Virtus but got Hyundai Elantra equivalent.
Very polite man in the office . The drivers that take you back and forth to airport polite, talkative very friendly.

Was quoted on a VW or similar only to be given a vehicle in “Rent a Wreck” condition. Ironically, there was a rent a wreck car dealership beside them. The cars AC was at the very best poor! Transmission was bordering on its very last mileage, obvious accident damage surrounded the vehicle, and doors did not lock with the remote. All in all, a very disappointing experience. Never again!
When arriving at airport in Sxm we were told car not available and check the next day . So at our expense had to take a taxi to resort. We emailed them that we would want the car Friday and they said to call and they would pick us up in lobby. NO CAR AVAILABLE !!! So we found another company. I’m sure it was because of the price they gave us when we booked it and they didn’t want to honor that. So NO WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. !! SOCIAL MEDIA IS A BI
