The return was as easy as car pickup.
Empress rentals are priced right, cars are in good condition and the customer service is first-rate!
Car was ok, staff not very friendly
This place is fantastic
Arrived at the airport and the greeter from the company told us that they had no vehicle for us even though we made reservations months in advance.
We told him that we needed a van which was what we reserved but he told us that they already gave them out to others and they have none for us which left us in a bind.
We eventually rented From another company and paid twice as much for the same vehicle
