Using this car rental was my worst rental experience, I made reservations and it was confirmed but when I showed up the agent told me they were no cars available and left me stranded so I had to hitch a ride from someone I was basically restricted to my hotel and the agent was of no help , he told me that's how the system works.
I will continue renting from Empress in the future I like this team

Excellent service
Rented from here 3 years in a row. I honestly think they are the best prices on the island! The cars are a tad banged up but that's ok because they all are on the island because of the driving, traffic and parking situations. The car was perfect for our needs!
We weren’t picked up but we were dropped off at the airport on return. Car was clean, ran well, was what we asked for. Staff was friendly and helpful.
