You had no cars available when I arrived despite what is called a "Reservation". I was told the next morning you would have a car. You did not. I cancelled my reservation and went with a reputable agency. I used you in the past with no issues. You now have many issues and no one knew anything. Terrible.

Took a while at the airport for transportation to the rental agency. Rented a GPS online and they did not rent GPS. Other than that, great experience as always. I rent here every year.

The car had some maintenance issues. Alignment was off, pulling sharply to one side. Also the ABS service light was on.
It was a great experience from the pickup at the airport right up to the drop off at the end. The only point I would make is sometime in the future have call cars with the reverse camera. Thanks
Great price and no trying to sell or force you into insurance. Also didn't try to get more from you at end of rental for a scratch that was there like other rentals on the island.
