Great as usual!
The first car we were given the inside looked like it was pulled from the ocean. Water stained and molding. They were very helpful in changing us to another car. The second felt like the tires were falling off as we drove down the road. Again the staff was very helpful in changing out to a third car. The third car was great no problems
great - as always! Our car battery was dead on the morning we had to get to the airport and the Empress service person was there within 10 minutes to get us on our way with no hassles!

We stayed in st Martin for a week in August of 2019. I reserved a Jeep Wrangler 6 months in advance. When we landed all the car agencies were outside with signs except empress. When we did find the agent it took forever to get a shuttle. It turns out they did not have any jeeps and I don’t think they ever do. I ended up with a scratched up Sonata that I had to haggle over to get it for less than the Jeep. Never again - use a reputable agency instead.
