First time I have used this car rental agent. The experience was great- I rented the 12 passenger van because I had eight people and luggage with me. The price/value was the best I have seen in SXM. Vehicle selection and pricing far superior to any of the international chains- AVIS, HERTZ, ALAMO. Highly recommend

Have been to St.Maarten and rented from Empress the last 12 times. We understand the problems the island is going thru but they were still vary helpful.

The personal were very pleasant
I am very happy with Empress. We did have a couple of close to flat tires in our car, but given all the hurricane repairs going on, that's easy to understand. Very expedient service getting the tires replaced, at one point they used our spare tire, but before leaving, they made certain we did have another spare tire in our car. Very good to excellent service, as always. Stay Strong SXM, we love you ad your island.
