Our rental car was a piece of crap! Radio did not work, interior light did not work, turn signals would not turn off on their own, often it took 5-6 times before it would even start. The roof was nearly impossible to take down/put up. The seatbelt light kept dinging even though all were buckled. We are waiting to hear back from the agency re:compensation. I will wait to go public with my review until we hear back and receive the appropriate compensation.
Air condioning did not work.
Great customer service, the car was exactly what was requested and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Will definitely rent from again next year!

The all office staff was curtious and ready to help when I needed my car replace due to mechanical trouble.

Love the I10 enough headroom for my 6 ft 3 husband. Easy parking in gnoses tight spots. Recommmended Emptess to our new year friends that went this year
