Empress Car Rental were great - no problems with them at all and even though our car key broke when we were in the middle of nowhere and far from their office, they told us how to fix it so we could get moving again! All good - would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Car was adequate but had a lot of minor damage. Given the driving conditions on st Maarten the damage was typical. Overall I was satisfied and felt the rental was a good value. I would use Empress again.
We have rented from Empress for many years and always have a great experience.
I return to Empress every time I visit St. Maarten, which is often. The wait at the airport at arrival is always a bit longer than it should be- but after that the entire experience is very good, including the return to the airport at departure.
We had a flat tire and even the spare in the trunk was bad. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to come fix it. Other than that it was fine

Return experience and shuttle back to airport very good. Cheerful efficient staff. Car needed some maintenance indicated by error message calling for oil change and reporting low tire pressure. Also some body work needed.
BEST car rental price and customer service on the island! We rented with them before the cruise and shared their information with others on the cruise and 3 other couples we know of used them and 1 texted me 3 times saying the low rental prices were amazing! We will book with them in the future!
