Flight delayed. We sent notification of delay when we could. No one was at airport waiting for us .Got charged for the day we didn't have car, delivery of the car to hotel that we were told neither would happen. Usual guy we deal with wasn't there when we checked out, replacement was rude and said we were lying . We also had to pay someone else to take us from airport to hotel. He even called Empress at airport. Drove by and it was locked up & dark. Unacceptable!! We deserve a credit/refund

Vehicle was clean and accommodated my family. I would have preferred a full tank of gas on pickup, but overall the service was great
First time I have used this car rental agent. The experience was great- I rented the 12 passenger van because I had eight people and luggage with me. The price/value was the best I have seen in SXM. Vehicle selection and pricing far superior to any of the international chains- AVIS, HERTZ, ALAMO. Highly recommend
