Front lower light was missing. But both headlights were there and working.
The car was almost new, clean and reliable. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Absolutely no problems. Cars are located very near the airport and shuttle service to/from airport was prompt. Very pleased.
We had absolutely excellent service. We were picked up promptly, the car was clean and delivered quickly. They even held extra bags for us in their office for a couple hours so we could drive around until our condo was ready.
Very helpful and courteous staff. The nice lady behind the desk was just great. Made sure we were satisfied with our car. When we extended our rental for 5 extra days, she had the staff wash our car. This is the second year we have rented from them and will definitely go back again next year.
Good service
We have a much better rental experience than when we rented through Avis last year. Would definitely rent through Empress again.
Always great service, this was our third time or maybe 4th renting and will again in March, my only suggestion is for the employees to wear nametags, just makes it a more personable experience thank you!
