Rented a Ford Escape or similar, got a smaller Suzuki. The car had either dents, or scratches, on every body panel. It had an upgraded stereo system, however the antenna was missing so little to no reception. I went to drive away, the tire pressure monitor light was on, the front passenger tire was bald, only a tiny bit of tread in the middle, and under inflated. I showed it to the clerk, his responce was it was too expensive to replace the tire monitor, but everything is fine?
All good. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off promptly. The most important thing is that they did not try and nickle and dime me by pointing out every little dent or scratch which had already been there prior to my renting the car.
Good service, friendly staff, no surprise charges, no pressure to buy insurance. I have rented from this same location two years in a row. I have been very satisfied.
