Very courteous and accommodating staff. I am a frequent visitor to SXM -- at least 4X per year -- as I have family on the island. As such, I have rented from a number of different rental companies on the island and Empress is my absolute favorite. Empress is my go-to rental car company in SXM now.
We've used Empress Car Rental several times and we always get good service. We'll be back next trip and plan on renting from them again!

Have been using empress for 6 years. always a great experieince.
We had an early flight and made arrangements to return the call before normal business hours. This arrangement was honored without any issues. I certainly would rent from Empress again and would recommend the company to others.
This is my 6th rental over the past 3 years. ALWAYS excellent service and value. Returning in Dec and will rent my car again from Empress!

we learned of empress via word of mouth. we have delt with national car rental before and have been very dissatisfied. the ability to pick-up our phone at the same time as the car rental was an added plus. good job!
