Excellent service from Empress.
There seemed to. E confusion about the beach chair use some at pick up said it was complimentary a special off season when we went returned they tried to charge us for it.

Very courteous and accommodating staff. I am a frequent visitor to SXM -- at least 4X per year -- as I have family on the island. As such, I have rented from a number of different rental companies on the island and Empress is my absolute favorite. Empress is my go-to rental car company in SXM now.
We've used Empress Car Rental several times and we always get good service. We'll be back next trip and plan on renting from them again!
