I have rented from Empress for 3 years now, 5 weeks each time. Cars are reliable and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem. Prices are very fair when compared to other rental companies.
The service and staff were awesome. I would definitely recommend and rent again with Empress Car rental.
All the guys, from the airport counter to the office were great. The gentlemen who checked us out and in was especially helpful. First car did not have a seat belt. No hassle for a switch and we were on our way.
We have been coming to ST. Martin for over ten years and always rent with Empress, we see no need to even look at anyone else.

I've been using your rental agency for years. This years car wasn't the best the front locks didn't work from inside the side mirror panel inside was ripped off.
This is our 3rd time renting at St. Maarten Empress Car Rental and I would NEVER rent anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never worry about getting hit with "unexpected" expenses or damages we didnt do. You hear so much about unscruptulous dealers in the islands but I trust Empress completely!

For the past few years I have rented from this company with no problems except for the fact that they are never present at the airport early in the morning to pick you up.
