I received the car with the gas tank at 3/4. When I returned the car the reading on the tank was actually slightly less than 3/4. They didn't make a fuss and get militant on me like some companies are so I would definitely rent from Empress again and highly recommend them to anyone. Until I see otherwise: Empress gives you the very best value for money in SXM

Only problem was the seat behind the passenger would not fold up to allow access to the rear seats. We just used the driver side.
