It would be helpful to let customers upfront that if you are an AUC student you do not get the student discount if you make a reservation. This was my first time hearing about this even though I have used this company for a year. This was very disappointing even though I had noted on my reservation that I was an AUC student.
Staff was super friendly and fast.
I recommend not paying the airport pickup fee, you can take one of the cabs that are waiting for less money, and then you aren't waiting for their shuttle to come get you, because as I just stated the cabs are already sitting there ready to go.
They greatest service yet than other car rentals. And their quality cars are great for price.

Car was in good shape and seemed safe. Experience was good. Second time renting with this agency and both times were good experiences.
They did not have a record of our reservation, but I had printed out my confirmation. They tried to charge a lot more than our confirmation, but later agreed to what I had booked because I had the printed confirmation. The car was in terrible shape, which is the main reason I would book elsewhere next time. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Service was very good, however the car had allot of damage and had a very hard time climbing some of the hills, while traveling the island. Also the windshield wippers had seen better days.
