Empress is awesome! They treat me like family!
I've rented from Empress before and received a free upgrade in vehicle. I was hoping to receive another upgrade but it did not happen. I do love Empress though and will continue using with or without an upgrade.
We never go anywhere else. Best service and value on the island!
An altogether fine experience and service, as we have come to expect. Vehicles was quite acceptable and received quick service and exchange when reporting brake light issue.

Excellent service will rent with them next year
Everything was as expected. The only negative, and it was a very slight one was that after we were taken to the spot where the shuttle was to pick us up to take us to pick up the car, we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to arrive. But as I said that was only a slight negative and will have no effect on our decision to rent from Empress again. Everything was satisfactory or better.
