Hi
Service was very good, however the car had allot of damage and had a very hard time climbing some of the hills, while traveling the island. Also the windshield wippers had seen better days.

Absolutely no problems. A very positive experience.
Prompt, polite and courteous as always! Performance of car substandard. Surprised by this as I havebeen renting from Empress twice a year for 10 years. Issues with the car were resolved courteously. Will be renting from them again last week in October and 1st week in November.

Had an excellent experience, staff friendly, car was great... No problems, and I was nervous because renting a car in another country is always nerve racking.
