Our agreed upon vehicle wasn’t available immediately, but a replacement was provided and switched out within two days. All the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using Empress for my car rental next year.
We had a confirmed reservation from another rental agency on the island. When we arrived they did not honor it and simply told us they did not have any cars. Paradise was very good at working with us in getting us a vehicle and negotiating a fair rate. Would definitely return and recommend.
They didn't have a car for us!! No contact warning us. No sorry. No trying to help us. NOTHING!!! This company is a joke! Do not use them!
