We did send friends to them to rent for 2 weeks.
Been renting ever since we have been coming to St Maarten! Never had an issue. All staff are very friendly n polite. Walk in door n Roberto always knows me by name. Highly recommend Empress.

Car was fine. Only concerning issue was going up steep hills. Car seemed to struggle when we did this. Overall it met our needs.
