The van was not available on the agreed time we arrived the van needs windshield repair. Ithe EZ van staff James was rude he hang up on me when i complained of the delay because i transact with EZ took us 41/2 hours wait . Before the day of the pick up and he even ask gor a deposit, the carrental was a third partyand we did not deal with them on the reservation. EZ van has to explain everything to us he even said that our deposit will be returned. Still wiating. Fr

EZ Rent a Van actually gave our rental agreement over to another rental agency San Diego Van Rentals and it was very confusing The other place isn't at the airport car rental facility so we had to pay an Uber to get there. It was a 15 person van but there is zero places to store luggage in this van and so the 10 of us were squished in seats with luggage and couldn't even use the seatbelts because we were piled together. Also Van was 6 years old and in very poor shape, broken vents and stains.

Reservation was canceled due to van not being available. Was not told anything until I arrived at the location to pick up the van the day/time of the reservation. Owner of EZ Rent A Van redirected me to a completely different rental car company. Will never do business with EZ Rent A Van again.

I provided my insurance and they still billed me for coverage, the place is SHADY
EZVan website states that we would be met at baggage pick up and van will be at airport, not the case. Line for the shuttle to go to the transportation center was about an hour wait we had a handicapped family member. We got to the Transportation center and had to get on another shuttle to go to San Diego Car to get the van. EZVan obviously farmed out our reservation. Van was dented and not newer model. Will NEVER use EZVAN again!!
