Great experience, friendly staff,beast pick up and drop off. Made great recommendations for car seat.
Overall good
I was charged an extra airport fee to only finding myself going to the actual renting place instead of the airport rent center . Using my own transport via Uber. The van I got had seatbelts malfunction along with seats that were not in any clean or even just good condition. The van had no current registration sticker . I was told my DL expired which was not true . I sent indo ahead of time so if they needed my extension paperwork from DMV that should have been asked for.
The rental experience was great and based on the picture on the website I felt we were ripped off. I am grateful we had a vehicle, but the van was trashed. The seats were ripped, the bumper smashed in the back and the side back passenger door could not be opened from inside. I wouldn’t rent from this company.
Never saw any staff, but it still worked out. We were not picked up either.
The vehicle was pretty banged up and dated. Otherwise great experience.
Windshield washer fluid was empty. I have to put bottled water. Change oil engine came on after few miles of driving. Front passenger tire little low on air I have to add air at gas station.

They outsourced us to another rental agency, which would be fine, but the reason I picked EZ is because they said they would stage the can at the airport for us to pick up. This didn’t happen, and I had to leave my husband and 2 kids at the airport to take a Lyft to the third party rental place. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing
