Car dirty, inside and out. The car was not full tank. Person in charge would not give me a discount because of all this. I’m very unsatisfied never would I rent from this agency.
The passenger side parking lite unit keep piping out I had jam the clip & duck tape in place, the Van keep pulling to the right, over all I’m satisfied, thx

Please fuel up the tank of the car before renting. Super annoying get a car with a empty tank at midnight. Thank you.
Van, service and pricing were all great. .Biggest disappointment and actual physical hardship was that there was no place to put luggage. Had to maneuver luggage through tight space to load on back seats. it was very inconvenient.

Everything was fine except a piece in the back of the trunk that was taped and got loose. The car was noisy.
