My experience was great from the start to end. Very easy and convenient. EZ rent a van customer service was top tier and if I need another cargo van I will be renting from them.
We had to wait to be picked up from the train station in SD a bit longer than I expected. It took them about 30 min to arrive. However, the experience after that was wonderful. They were very professional, courteous and nice to work with. I definitely would recommend this rental company to my friends and relatives.
Large transport van that accommodated six adults and four children

Make sure you check the vehicle out completely. The one I drove had tire pressure issues the entire rental time.
Vans need to be maintained better. Drove off the lot and with in 2 miles the low air pressure light came on. I called to see if I could get this fixed or swapped out .. No answer no return call. I drove the van and had to put constantly put air in the tire. Spent about 25.00 in air pressure fills. I even took it to a tire repair place to have them look at it that cost me 10.00. The biggest thing was not knowing if the tire would go flat on me.
The a/c in the back of the van didn’t work. Carlos was great about making sure I got a new van with functioning a/c. I appreciated his helpfulness.
Quick and easy process

I reserved a cargo van and received a 12 seater without the seats, thus while there was significant volume, the dimensions (height) were not as I expected and calculated to fit a queen mattress and box spring easily. We therefore had a fairly difficult time loading the car. In the end everything fit but it was not an easy and organized loading process. I mentioned this upon pickup that the height seemed less than expected but was told by the staff member that he thought this would suit my needs.
