This was the most hassle-free rental I have ever done in my life. The price was great and no upselling of insurance. The pickup and drop off couldn't be more convenient. I'm afraid if word gets out. They will be sold out and I won't be able to get a vehicle in the future. They are the best.

This was an easy rental and the van was exactly what we needed. The only thing that didn’t happen was the 10% discount for booking online but I will definitely rent from this company again. Very satisfied customer.
Horrible. Nobody showed up at requested drop off location. Called numerous times and nobody answered or responded to voicemails. I had to pay $100 more than I planned to get a rental van last minute from another company.
I tried to cancel reservation 30 minutes after drop-off time passed and your website wouldn’t let me. 866 number doesn’t work. To this day, 11/26 nobody ever called to explain what happened, apologize or anything. Worst experience with a company ever!

Rental was as expected and staff was very friendly
Everyone at EZ Van was courteous and responsive, I enjoyed my rental experience! The only feedback was that there was a cage from the back area to the front driver/passenger area that I wasn't expecting and was hoping for a sliding door. I'm not complaining and in reality, irrelevant to the trip. Thanks again!
