Easy basic service, van was dropped off at my home, documentation very easy to handle
Very timely responses during our trip and week before. Super quick via text! Very friendly and love their JIFs :). Slow response on reservation billing issue but all got resolved eventually with persistent follow up.
So easy to pickup and dropoff! And they were wonderfully accommodating for our unique needs!

Broken door, dirty vehicle inside, major rattle inside vehicle. Vehicle was to drive a client and crew around and it was embarrassing to have to climb over the passenger seat every time and to have them in such a stained and dirty vehicle. Price was way too high for what was delivered. Super disappointed and would likely not rent here again unless it’s a last resort.
Better than expected vehicle.
