I was very happy with the ease of online reservations and follow-up I received with questions about vehicle pick-up. The company has a fleet of vehicles and I wasn't quite sure what to expect from a "cargo van" description as this was my first time renting with them. What I got was a large Chevy van with seats removed that met my needs perfectly. The vehicle as a bit beat up with over 100k miles, but performed perfectly. The staff were very friendly and I was assisted with my checkout right away
Everything was great the only comment i’d like to make is regarding the space for luggage, pur 15 person van had no space, i tried to bend the last seat row tobplace the luggage but was unable to, I would have liked an alternative with space for luggage even if that ment less seats, other than that everything, van and service, was exelent, i will return as a costumer and definetley recommend the service, thanks
