Great experience and great customer service!
Coming from out of town and interacting with a non-national company did cause some concern for me, but after speaking with the representative who answered all of my questions and my rental experience with them, there really was no cause for concern. The experience was smooth, instructions were clear, and everything was as promised. Would not hesitate being a return customer in the future!

The van was spacious and clean. However, EZ does not own the vans, he is a third party and that can get tricky if you encounter a problem like we did.
The vans AC broke the second day we had it and it took 3 days in a heat wave to correct the problem
Best prices in town. They gave me a discount because the pick up location was incorrect. They were helpful and nice. The van we rented was perfect.

We had a van with no air conditioning, dying transmission, loose battery connection and most the seats were so worn in you could feel the bars through the seat. When I called to complain the broker said well one of your vans was a transit so you broke even. The one van being nicer did not help the 15 people sweltering for hours in Mexico nor keep them from getting heat exhaustion. While ezrentavan was excellent to deal with this van was a total nightmare.

Had what I needed at the right price. Not a new van, but still clean and adequate and was priced well. Would rent again.
Very good experience. Would definitely use them again. Only issue we had was that we were not aware that all drivers would have to go to the office for paperwork signing, which required us to leave only half our folks to manage to baggage in the airport. Not a big deal, but a prior heads up would have been
useful.
