Was I satisfied with the vehicle, No I was not. It was dirty inside, driver seat had a hole in it, speakers did not work, only in the front. Side panels were cracked or broken & dents and or scratches on the side of the van. I guess for the value it was ok, but I would rather have spent more money on a cleaner vehicle then what I received. We reserved a "Premium 15 Passenger Van - Ford Transit Van" and the van we received at pick up was a E350. When I called prior to making the reservations I was told the vans were all within a year or 2 old and well maintained. The van we received was a 2008. The passenger doors did not close all the way and you could see the ground while driving through the gap. Also, the van felt like it was going to fall apart on the road at any speed over 45mph... The rattling and shaking were so loud.

Van worked great for our golf trip!
I recommend cleaning interior or at least toss in an air freshener. The vehicle was not in a terrible state but could be better.
ease of picking up the vans was great. price great. vans themselves...absolutely awful. one had a door that would work, a seat that wasn't secured, trash inside. the other has non working seat belts, and potential mechanical issues based on the sounds coming from it every time it was operational ,

The original vehicle was very poor, with seat belts, doors, AC not working. Basically unsafe. They did bring us a new vehicle the next day that was much better and it worked well for us during our stay.
They were great!!! Always returned phone calls promptly. They were at the airport when we arrived. It was an easy process and the vans were clean and just what we needed.
