EZ rent a Van San Diego is a third-party rental company, not a direct Van rental company.
Final pick up day got an email from EZ Rental, instructions where to pick up the Van. I was surprised the address that was given to me was for NU car rental. The contract price $3800 for 18 days from EZ van rentals, while NU car rentals contract price $6691 for 18 days. Got no choice I have to go with the NU price. I have to pick up my families at LAX.
The cost was less than all other Van rentals we researched and called. The service was very courteous and friendly. I will call EZ Rent a Van in San Diego first before I research cost on other Van rentals. The 12-passenger van was in good shape and met the need. Thank you
The van was wonderful, and everything went as planned. We had to take the shuttle to the rental car area and the van representatives met us there.
The two 15 passenger vans were out of alignment and one had a faulty safety belt. We agreed to. 15% refund for both vans. It still hasn’t been refunded. I feel our team has been ripped off. Other travellers to San Diego need to know.
First we ended up with vans from another company then who we rented from. We were not informed of that. We had to switch vans 3 times and the vehicles were in poor shape. We had no way back to the airport when dropped off and were not made aware of that. Would not recommend

Didn’t have any communication from EZ Van rental. Was brokered out to Sun Diego car rental which was fine. Van was old but did the job.
Didn’t get my calls returned after leaving name and number when my car was picked up.
Found out day of how to pick up my car and where I would be picking it up.
Was forced to get insurance otherwise i would not be able to drive off with the car. This was not communicated after denying insurance coverage originally.
Expresa Van was old. I would liked a newer van.
Overall the worst experience in every way. We received a quote only to find that the contracted company did not even carry that type of vehicle. We were required to pay more than 200$ over the quote to get any kind of vehicle or be left stranded there. Specifically we were quoted 1234.17 and then had to pay 1596.50. The company then billed us twice for the payment, charging our credit card over 3000$.
