Ez van rental should not be in business. Really bad costumer service. Will never rent through them again. It is just a referral . They do not own the vehicle.
It's the 2nd time I rent a van with you but ain't going to be a third.
There's always a problem with you guys.
How's it possible that you double book the van that was for us, when we arrive with 2 kids in the night and there wasn't anyone to delivered the van and in the morning when we came back we found out that there was never a van for us.
I speck a full refund without more trouble from you.

I WILL ABSOULUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I WAS QUOTED A PRICE AND LED TO BELIEVE THIS WAS AN ACTUAL COMPANY THAT RENTED VEHICLES. NO TONCE WAS I TOLD DIFFERENT. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. I WAS CHARGFED TRIPLE WHAT I WAS TOLD. IPLAN ON SHARING MY EXPERIENCE OVER ALL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND WARNING PEOPLE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY
Van was very nice, but had a few small issues; an intermittent fan shutter warning that was no issue, was explained ahead of time. The bigger issues were: no warning that we would have to drop the vehicle off after hours and get a cab ride to the airport (quote said office was open 24 hours 7 days); and front brakes that chattered fairly loudly when braking downhill. The brake discs should probably be checked and repaired soon.
Great experience for a great price. I was skeptical about not using the usual suspects but was glad I gave it a try. Would do it again.
The WORST service experience ever.
The original quote was not respected at all.
One day before the start of the rental period we received notice that our original car (Mercedes Deluxe Sprinter) wasn't available. They sent us to another rental agency, then to yet another one, where they offered us a lower quality and brand vehicle (Ford Transit) for even more money than our original quote, which wasn't respected at all.
Ended up paying way more money (25%, more than $500) for a worse vehicle.
This was a great experience, was able to move around easily and renting this van helped make our trip better! Would rent again 100 percent
