Very little communication from the moment I reserved online. I reached out a few days before and was told everything was fine. Day before I was told they did not have a vehicle and another company would help. Same day the new company also said they didn't have one and I was passed onto a third company. The vehicle was disgusting. Totally unclean. Was told by EZ rental when I called that I should be happy they at least had a van. Totally unacceptable. They kept my deposit

ALL the staff are extremely accommodating, helpful and professional. Excellent service. We rented a 15 passenger van for a kids camp in Mexico. The vehicle was received CLEAN inside and out. Both pickup and return was fast and easy. THANK YOU!!!
Phoned to change the reservation to a different smaller van. When I arrived the change had not been made. They did give me the smaller van but the rate was not changed.
Location was very confusing and there was no communication between both companies. We didnt get the car we reserved so 5 family members had to stay behind for a very important event.
The insurance cost doubled the price. That was the only downfall.
The owner of ez rent a van gives different/ conflicting information each time you talk to him, different company actually supplied the vehicle. Very little communication from ez rent a van and still have not paid the travel agent commission as promised. Would not deal with this company again.
As While driving to JFK with my HS team, a man from EZ van called to say they no longer had a van for us. Said he would email me the name of another company that did have a van, which never happened. When I called for more details he was very rude, didn’t care that I was arriving in San Diego with athletes under 18. Said I could “take and Uber” when I asked about a shuttle to this “other van company.” I was never provided the name of an alternate company. Fabulous experience with Budge
They weren't there. Email confirmed reservations says open 24 hours. No where to be found. Went to address listed, closed, not even an EZ rental sign. Never returned calls , had to spend $1200 more to rent van from AVIS totally saved the day/week.
Overall experience with this company was awful won’t use them again at all.
