Fantastic experience!
I had reserved a 15 passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter, but got a 12 passenger, which messed my plans.

The reason for my poor rating is because I called the day before and was told, "Oh we were going to call you..." I found out after calling that my 0500 rental was not going to be ready until 0700-0800. I mean cool guy I spoke with but horrible service.
For a couple of reasons, we used this company rather than the one we used last year. The price seemed better last year (I don’t know what their rates are this year). The after hours drop off was a lot easier. There was construction and decorating being done when I was came in to rent the van, so the lobby was busy and crowded. To get to the desk to sign papers, I had to step over a bench/seating and around an outdoor heat lamp. I managed to get by, but I expected someone to clear a path.
Price doubled from when booked. Also called and said we could drop off later, without any upcharge if we made it by closing.....instead we were charged $500 extra. Poor excuse for rental agency
