I know that the EZ rental team wouldn't care but when someone books a car on the website and prepays and arrives at the branch and the car just isn't there and you have to pay way more that is absolutely wrong no car rental would do that

Tires were nearly bald. We had also requested winter tires but were given all season tires, which were not suitable for our needs. Overall, good experience, though.

the van needed service on many areas - including a low tire. the door light stayed on - despite that it was closed. the van was not clean.

It was the first time renting from you guys, I didn't know how to enter the office, got some attitude for waiting for someone to answer the door instead of opening it myself. Entered my cc online, but still needed to pay in person. Which was annoying. But overall great experience.
