the van needed service on many areas - including a low tire.

one thing i was not happy with is that there was some additional fee i was charged when i picked up the car that i couldnt see on the website, thanks.
It was the first time renting from you guys, I didn't know how to enter the office, got some attitude for waiting for someone to answer the door instead of opening it myself.
Entered my cc online, but still needed to pay in person. Which was annoying.
But overall great experience.
Agency was closed despite confirming reservation online. Did not respond to telephone calls or WhatsApp messages

Need Improve
Ven was not clean - especially outside. Tires are in bad condition, had to fix one tire that had a hole in it.
the ven needs a wheel alignment. Lucky i was only driving local - which was not such an issue. (P. S. I am glad you took the $$$ out of the CC for the damage that was caused, part of it was because that the wheel did not turn properly. But let it be - after all the damage happened while it was under my contract.) Renting an other one in 2 weeks. Love your service and personal at your monsey site. they do a phenomenal job, and great customer service. As said - Coming Back!
