Great rental
Ruth is always so pleasant & helpful!
I reserved a full-size car, Toyota Camry or Similar. There were Toyota Camrys on the lot, but I received a Ford Fusion. Was not pleased with the Ford Fusion. That is not on the agency, that is on the Ford company.
Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very clean car. Would rent again. Just would request a Camry next time.

The pick-up and booking were easy, the car was clean, but the smell of smoking was clear. the price was higher than average but for one day I did not mind
Great experience overall. The only thing that caught me off-guard was the $1000 hold on the debit card- I didn't know about it and would not have rented for this security-hold rate. The staff gave me a $250 security hold which was more manageable. Good vehicle, good quality.
Both when I picked up my vehicle and dropped it off I stood by the counter for between 30 to 45 minutes while it seemed the staff were learning the computer system and were just beginning to figure out what to do as if they’d never done it before. They were very courteous and apologetic, but required a lot more training in the system and process.
