When I got to the agency, I was helped immediately. The only thing I’d improve is the process is a bit long - most rental agencies have you prefill out documents in an app or online so you can just take a car without any delay.
Staff was very friendly but maybe too friendly for my liking when he starts asking personal questions. Maybe its a sales thing to connect to customers, but I found it too much

I reserved a full-size car, Toyota Camry or Similar. There were Toyota Camrys on the lot, but I received a Ford Fusion. Was not pleased with the Ford Fusion. That is not on the agency, that is on the Ford company.
Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very clean car. Would rent again. Just would request a Camry next time.
