Good service and great location. The Drop box for overnight returns is convenient.
The pick-up and booking were easy, the car was clean, but the smell of smoking was clear. the price was higher than average but for one day I did not mind
Great experience overall. The only thing that caught me off-guard was the $1000 hold on the debit card- I didn't know about it and would not have rented for this security-hold rate. The staff gave me a $250 security hold which was more manageable. Good vehicle, good quality.
Both when I picked up my vehicle and dropped it off I stood by the counter for between 30 to 45 minutes while it seemed the staff were learning the computer system and were just beginning to figure out what to do as if they’d never done it before. They were very courteous and apologetic, but required a lot more training in the system and process.
