Fine experience - need to make the pick up process a little smoother re connectivity. Also key battery was almost dead and did worry us a bit throughout the trip though it turned out not to be an issue.

It took a while to get the car but staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating. Seemed like they were understaffed.
